Program Overview

Spend one six-week block (or up to two blocks) exploring some of the world's most breathtaking cultural landmarks in "The Eternal City." From the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain, Saint Peter's Basilica, and the Spanish Steps, Rome is home to dazzling sites within walking distance from CIEE Rome in Piazza di Campitelli, 3.
 
During this epic study abroad program, you'll take advantage of Rome's academic strengths by studying food, nutrition, art, architecture, cinema, history, sociology, politics, and more. During the program, you'll explore what marvels other Italian cities have in store for you on organized day trips to places like Florence, Pompei, or Tivoli. Discover their hidden treasures and iconic attractions, like Michelangelo's "David" in Florence!

Build Your Summer Adventure
Select one or two six-week blocks at any CIEE Open Campus Block location. Stay in Rome for both blocks or go mobile and spend your second block in Berlin, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dublin, Kyoto, London, Madrid, Monteverde, Paris, Santiago, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, or Yucatan.
