CAPA Sydney: Concentration in Sustainability & Environmental Studies
(Outgoing Program)
Home to the world’s first Green Party, Australia is an excellent place to study sustainability and environmental studies. As Australia’s largest city, Sydney offers numerous ways to explore these themes through a contemporary lens. The program offers the opportunity to explore contemporary issues such as climate change, air quality, water use, waste management, energy consumption, and building resilience in our cities while gaining an understanding of the complex cultural, economic, and political factors that influence environmental policymaking. Classes will be taught through a combination of classroom learning and field studies.
Study at the CEA CAPA Sydney Center, centrally located in the bustling Haymarket district, and take courses in a wide variety of subject areas that encourage you to explore this diverse and vibrant city through in-classroom study and out-of-classroom experiences. Students receive a transcript from CEA CAPA's School of Record upon successful completion of the program.
CEA CAPA has several ways to help you fund your program, including scholarships, grants, and flight credits. Find out more about what we have to offer.
